Ted’s Restaurant has been a Southside Birmingham favorite for just about, well… forever. With the original “Ted’s Cafeteria Restaurant” sign still intact, and the clock frozen in time at 3:22 (and 11:03), the restaurant beckons us to a time of meat ‘n’ three goodness. We bought the restaurant from Mr. Ted & Mrs. Litsa in 2000 and are working to continue serving fresh Southern favorites, with exceptional customer service, to a loyal lunchtime crowd. We have recently remodeled Ted’s interior with fresh paint, quality woodwork, and new lighting in order to update and preserve our little piece of Birmingham history. When you visit us for lunch or breakfast, you become part of the Ted’s family. We hope to see you soon. less
